They transformed a hostile landscape into an agricultural marvel and developed a culture with such respect for the dead that corpses were engaging in politics decades afterlife had left them. In this video, we will look at how the Inca adapted to their environment and became what the historians called “the most impressive empire builders of their day.” We will discuss the economic and spiritual life of the Incan civilization before the arrival of the Spaniards.
